My Story

Why I built PrintReady Flow.

You shouldn't need a design degree to print a t-shirt.

You shouldn't need to know what “300 DPI” means or why your colors look different on fabric than they do on screen.

You just want to know: will this look good when I print it?

That's why I built PrintReady Flow.

It started with a single manual press.

Over ten years ago, I got my first heat press. One station. One color at a time. I was printing for everyone — barbershops, team jerseys, someone launching a brand from their garage.

I learned to handle customer files the hard way. Bad resolution. Wrong color modes. Files that looked fine on screen but printed like garbage.

Every reprint was money out the door. Every mistake was a lesson.

The shop grew.

Multi-head automatics. Industrial dryer. Full fleet. DTG came and went — too slow. Then DTF changed everything.

But one problem never went away.

The same question. Every single day.

“My image is blurry — will this print okay?”

“I need the background removed.”

“I'm printing on cotton, 12 by 14. Is this file good enough?”

Etsy sellers. Side hustlers. Coaches ordering jerseys. Small business owners who just wanted their logo on a hoodie. Same questions, every day.

They're not dumb questions — they're the right ones. There just wasn't a simple answer.

So I built PrintReady Flow.

1.

Upload your image. Drag it in or pick a file.

2.

Get an instant report. What's good, what needs fixing, and why.

3.

Tell it what you're printing on. Method, material, size — it checks if your file is ready.

4.

Fix issues in one click. Blurry? Sharpened. Wrong format? Converted. Background? Gone.
