The file has no transparency. What looks like a white background on screen is part of the artwork, and the printer prints it.

What is actually happening
JPEGs cannot store transparency at all, so every JPEG has a background. A PNG can be transparent but is often saved flattened onto white. On a white shirt you may not notice. On any other colour the box is obvious.
How to fix it
- 1.Check the file — the scan reports whether there is a transparent background at all.
- 2.If there is not, remove the background and save as PNG, not JPEG.
- 3.Look at the result against your actual garment colour, not against white.
