Tiny specks printed all over the shirt
Stray leftover pixels from a background removal. Invisible on screen against your background, and real ink on the shirt.

What is actually happening
Automatic background removal leaves small clusters behind — around hair, inside letters, along a busy edge. They are a few pixels each and blend into whatever you are viewing the file over. The printer has no such context and prints every one of them.
How to fix it
- 1.Run the check. It counts isolated pixel clusters and tells you how many there are.
- 2.Remove the specks with a despeckle pass rather than by hand.
- 3.View the file at 100% over a contrasting colour before you press.
Not sure this is your problem?
The check looks at everything at once — edges, transparency, resolution, stray pixels, garment contrast — so you do not have to know which one to look for.
